Special Notes:
- Tips are not obligated but strongly encouraged.
- All charters are up to a maximum of 6 Anglers by law, however, we recommend no more than 4 Anglers when it comes to Sport Fishing so that everyone will be comfortable and has the opportunity to enjoy reeling in fish.
- You may bring your own alcohol but we encourage you to drink responsibly.
- The Captain reserves the right to return to port, cancel the trip, or end it early for any reason, including unsafe practices by anglers, seasickness, or failure to follow the Captain's rules. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- All Anglers will sign a waiver prior to departure stating you are volunteering to be on this charter and the Captain and Company of Nauti Escape will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur.
